There are many parking options for Illumination Spa, please feel free to use the one that suits your needs best.
- Across the street parking is available up to 2 hours at a time.
- Underground parking is available through the front desk at Watermark Beach Resort. The friendly resort staff would be happy to help you gain access to the underground parkade.
- There is plenty of street parking on the neighbouring side streets and connecting streets;
- To the northwest of the spa is a parking lot with ample parking spots behind Shoppers Drug Mart.
Spa Etiquette
Spa Etiquette - Our focus at Illumination Spa is to provide you with
complete relaxation and many enjoyable benefits for your mind, body
and spirit. Our environment is one of serenity, tranquility and
relaxation. We ask that you kindly speak quietly while in the spa and
respect other guests who are there as well as yourself to enjoy a
peaceful experience.
Reservations
Upon scheduling your appointment, a credit card or gift
certificate is required to hold reservation.
Arrival
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your
appointment so that you will be ready for your service at the
scheduled time.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late for your service, we will graciously
complete the service in the the remaining alloted time. We thank you
for the understanding & feel it is important to stay on schedule so as
not to interfere with the next guest's reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours
notice if you must cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours
notice is given, a late feel of 50% of services booked will be
charged. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a full
charge of services booked.
Gratuities
Gratuities of 15-20% are traditionally given in
appreciation of service. Spa prices and info may change at any time.
Taxes and Gratuities are not included in the price.
